A GORGEOUS, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Angustidens  tooth - an upper jaw lateral tooth from the Meherrin River in northeastern No. Carolina. The shell material has some natural iridescence.  This ammonite species exhibits big ribs with multiple rows of tubercles (nodes).
