A rare, Top Quality Columbian Mammoth (Mammuthus columbi), an early elephant molar found in Patricio Co., Texas.  Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural color! An excellent molar with a nicely articulated chewing surface. The molar chewing surface is 5-3/4" in length. A complete root. Completely fossilized. Weighs 4 lbs. with stand. An ULTRA RARE, Top Quality 5-7/8" Tyrannosaurus rex tooth with root. This crown measures 2-1/4" and is root thick (1-1/2"). The crown and root enamel has very good color and patina. Serrations are worn and there is some enamel peel. Tip end is worn round which is very typical with adult Rex teeth. Several cracks in the crown were filled and stabilized. The root has no hydration cracks - incredible quality. You will not find a better quality root! A top quality, massive Rex tooth from an adult T. Rex. An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, tooth. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. The rare tooth is from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. Fantastic red color. Excellent condition - no damage. No repair. I have not seen the swimming sloth teeth for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 10+ years ago! A very rare collector's tooth.
