A rare, EXTRA LARGE, GEM Quality Anzu wyliei hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. A February Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". A fantastic manus claw. This is 1st manus claw which is largest and most robust; often referred as the "thumb". Excellent rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible preservation - no pitting, nicks or wear. All surfaces are fantasic - very rare. Note - a small tip area was professionally restored which is typical for most Hell Creek claws. The repair is quite small with the repaired area being 5 mm on the right facing side of the tip. On the left facing side of tip, it is 1-2 mm. This is top quality, collector's claw from the Hell Creek of Montana. A MUSEUM QUALITY group of three Ophiopetra lithographica, a Brittle Star. The largest is 1" in length. Incredible detail. Excellent preservation and excellent preparation. Matrix size is 3-1/4" x 3". This Brittle star is from Hienheim, Bavaria, Germany. Upper Jurassic (Lower Tithonian). Rare! A top quality collector's piece.

A "Flying" TOP QUALITY Walliserops trifurcatus trilobite, the "trident Comura".  A November Fossil of the Month and one of the collector's favorite spiny trilobites. Walliserops trifurcatus is an unusual looking species with three rows of of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon. The preparation is German controlled with all original colors and no restoration. Exceptional completeness and preservation. Great natural black shell with excellent luster. The bottom of this trilobite has been cleaned out and it sits on an 1" matrix pedestal. A very difficult species to prepare. Excellent shell and spine preservation. Compound eyes are very good. A High Quality, Extra Large Great White tooth. Upper jaw anterior tooth. An incredible light tan crown. An excellent crown with very good serrations! High quality enamel. Exceptional color. Extra wide root. Perfect symmetry.  No repair.   This tooth is from a very large Great White shark. My largest Peruvian Great White shark tooth and I won't see any more!
