An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus symphyseal tooth from the Sacaco area of Peru. A March Fossil of the Month. This is the nicest complete lower jaw symphyseal (center) tooth that I have seen. Also note that this is an ultra rare Carcharodon hubbelli with full serrations at the base of the cutting edge that transition to fine serrations at mid crown and disappear towards the tip. This tooth has a rich tan colored crown and a rust red root. A very rare, EXTRA LARGE Otodus sokolovi upper jaw, anterior tooth from Kert, Mangyshlak, western Kazakhstan. A November Fossil of the Month.
