A Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. M020 is embedded in its original matrix. This tooth has an excellent golden tan color and a white root. Sharp edges and tip. The side cusps are complete. A massive, thick root. Note - possible crack in root. No repair or restoration. The "Flying" Top Quality Crotalocephalina gibbus trilobite. A January Fossil of the Month. The preparation is German directed with all original colors and no restoration.
