A Top Quality upper jaw Notorhynchus tooth - a Sevengill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - this is an upper lateral tooth with 5 main cusps (one damaged). I rarely see this tooth position. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. Incredible color and preservation. These are Miocene age, Pungo River Formation teeth. An incredible, EXTRA LARGE Mosasaurus anceps cervical (neck) vertebra including the neural canal and processes. Exceptional condition and preservation (very rare). An EXTRA LARGE, HIGH QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan, brown & charcoal colored crown with a light tan & brown colored extra large bourlette. The reverse side some fantastic color - the "Calico Meg". Highest quality enamel. Great color! The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The root is essentially complete with few surface pits that happens with many West Java Megs. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. A TOP QUALITY very rare classic Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Lateral tooth. The crown has sharp cutting edges. Excellent tan color with a light tan root and bourlette. The root is ~3/4" thick and shows typical hydration cracks. This Parotodus tooth was found in the Yorktown Formation (Pliocene age).
