An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw anterior tooth from So. Carolina. A February Fossil fo the Month. An excellent BLACK colored crown. Top quality enamel with no peel. The black bourlette is extra large and 90% complete. Sharp serrations are sharp and near complete with a good tip serration. The root is black colored, extra wide, nicely articulated and complete with small hydration cracks. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A special Top Quality BIG BLACK Megalodon tooth. A rare TOP QUALITY, Great White shark transition tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. An upper jaw tooth. This C. hubbelli tooth has small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent tan colored crown and tan root. Fantastic color! No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. An exceptional Great White transition form!  It will be extremely difficult to locate Carcharodon hubbelli since there is no new supply. A good tooth to pair with GW tooth (C. cacharias) C217 for a transition set.

A rare High Quality Carcharomodus escheri, a "serrated Mako" shark tooth - lower jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & duistally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This tooth has good color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. Two side cusplets. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.
