A rare, TOP QUALITY Nanotyrannus lancensis toe (pes) claw from the western US. A November Fossil of the Month. This claw measures 2-1/4" (straight line). The enamel is excellent quality. The proximal end is complete. No cracks. There is a small tip repair (1/4"). No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Garfield Co., Montana. An ultra rare Big, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex tooth from a large adult Rex. A July 2020 Fossil of the Month. This stocky Rex crown measures 3-5/8" (straight line) and is thick for its size (1-1/4"). The enamel is highest quality. Great rich dark chocolate brown and black color. Excellent serrations on the anterior and posterior serrations. Note - There is no wear facet at the tip and this tooth is serrated to the tip (a recently erupted BIG tooth - rare). One partial hydration crack which was stabilized. No breaks. No repair or restoration. A 100% natural tooth! Fantastic overall condition with incredible serrations for a large Rex tooth. A fantastic collector's tooth!  T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey.
