An ultra rare, GEM Quality Torvosaurus tanneri tooth from the Morrison Formation. A September Fossil of the Month. This completeTorvosaurus crown measures 1-516". The enamel is highest quality. Excellent rich black color. Exceptional posterior and anterior serrations. Note - the anterior carina end about 1/2 of the way down from the tip. The diagnostic for a Torvosaurus tooth. A Gem Quality Miocene-Pliocene Mastodon molar from Florida. Incredible color (red, gold & brown) and detail. An August Fossil of the Month. An extinct elephant ancestor that inhabited North America during the late Miocene to late Pliocene. This molar is a recently erupted tooth with a small amount of cusp wear. Excellent articulation.
