An incredible 5-1/4" GEM, Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth. It has an excellent medium blue colored crown with an exceptional hazel brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! One of the finest examples of a classic upper jaw anterior blue Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine. An ultra rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Ica region of Peru. A July Fossil of the Month. Highest quality enamel. An excellent tan colored crown with clean edges. Excellent color. This is a late Miocene age tooth (6-8 MYA). Please note that there is an ~1/4" wedge restored on inside of the left root end. A desert shark from the deserts of Peru! The incredible black over gray crown shows on the display and reverse sides. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. Excellent for a big Megalodon!
