A Top Quality Ptychodus anonymus, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Johnson Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Arcadia Park Fm. tooth. A TOP QUALITY Rebbachisaurus tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. Rebbachisaurus is the only named sauropod dinosaur found in the Kem Kem basin, and they are quite scarce. An EXTRA LARGE RARE, Top Quality Acheroraptor temertyorum (raptor) tooth from Montana. Acheroraptor temertyorum is one of two recently described Hell Creek Fm. raptors, and it is a close relative of Velociraptor. This tooth is 5/8"+ which is an extra large size. A Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex tooth. This is a large Premaxillary tooth ("Premax") or front tooth in the jaw which have a "D" shape. An October Fossil of the Month. This Premax Rex crown measures 2-3/16" and is very thick for its size (1"). The enamel is highest quality. Great rich chocolate brown color. The serrations are exceptional going to the tip. There is essentially no wear facet at the tip which is not typical for a Premax tooth. One small crack, but no break. No repair or restoration. A 100% natural tooth! Fantastic overall condition with incredible serrations for a large Premax Rex tooth. A very rare, colorful GEM Quality Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/16".  A June Fossil of the Month. A HIGH QUALITY, 6-1/4" No. Carolina Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. This Megalodon has an incredible tan colored crown which turns to orange at the base of the crown. It has an exceptional mahogany brown bourlette with a natural two toned color. Highest quality enamel. Incredible tan and orange color! The serrations are razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. Excellent serrations for a really big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color with very few no hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found offshore of Wilmington, No. Carolina. Megalodon teeth from this locations are typically damaged and worn due to ocean currents and rarely rate above commercial grade. This BIG Meg is an exception. It has excellent enamel, serrations, and color! A very rare find for this this location. It does have two small aesthetic repair s done. On the right of the tip (short side) the serrated edge was restored and the very top of the bourlette was restored.  The end result is a very attractive  and affordable BIG Meg tooth which will fit as the center piece of someone's collection. You are not going to find a more attractive 6-1/4" Megalodon tooth and never one from Wilmington, NC. A great buy!
