A Very Rare, Top Quality (Gem) Protoheptranchias lowei lower jaw tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a new genius from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Hexanchiforme shark.
