An EXTRA LARGE, very rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni  tooth with a massive root from Summerville., So. Carolina. A Miocene-Pliocene age tooth from the Hawthorne Fm. Nice Light Tan color. A rare TOP QUALITY, Great White shark transition tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. A lower jaw anterior tooth with side cusps - a juvenile shark characteristic. This C. hubbelli tooth has small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent tan colored crown and tan root. Fantastic color!  No repair or restoration. This is a new and undescribed genius / species from a Santonian (Late Cretaceous) deposit - 85 MMYA. A very unique species of Hexanchiforme shark.
