This is a partially serrated tooth which appears to be an evolutionary intermediate on the path to fully serrated tooth.  An anterior tooth. Excellent golden tan color. A Top Quality Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. An October Fossil of the Month. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 2-3/8" - an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior serrations and posterior serrations are excellent. Serrated to the tip. Note - the top has some minor planting etching and there is one natural wear facet on the side (very typical for the Campanian Tyrannosaurs). No cracks, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., McCone Co., Montana. Probably an excellent Gorgosaurus tooth based on size and roundness of the tooth cross-section. Also found at a site that produced a Gorgosaurus skeleton. Authenticity guaranteed. An excellent BIG tooth. A Riker display frame is included.

The bourlette is complete. This tooth exhibits small serrations along the lower 1/2 of the crown and micro serrations to the tip. These teeth exhibit excellent color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early (Ypresian) Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth.  A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. This western Kazakhstan site is one of the few places in the world where the Otodus obliquus to Otodus auriculatus transition can be found in adjacent geologic layers.

A very rare, Alopias palatasi shark tooth, an extinct serrated Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice blue color. Good preservation, but there is erosion. Serrations are visible. These teeth are rarely found and seen. A rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the second rarest of the Giant Thresher species.
