An EXCEPTIONAL Hemipristis shark tooth from the copper red site. Lateral position. Extra sharp serrations. These are Miocene age from the Pungo River Fm., Hertford Co., NC. 

NC409     SIZE: 1-1/8"

An ultra rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis  rooted premaxillary tooth. This Allosaurus crown measures 15/16". The complete tooth measures 2-7/16" and 1/2" wide and is fully inflated. The enamel is highest quality with a natural wear facet at the tip. Great rich dark brown color. Excellent serrations. Great overall condition and serrations. Note - 1/4" of the root base was repaired. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Grand Co., Utah. Authenticity guaranteed. You do not see rooted teeth very often. Note - A Riker frame will be included.

A rare, Top Quality Otodus obliquus shark tooth, the extinct Mackerel shark, from the Muddy Creek, Virginia. Nice tan color. Excellent preservation and condition. An early Eocene tooth. This is the largest US Otodus obliquus tooth that I have seen. Quite rare.
