A very rare, LARGE, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. A unique brown colored tooth - very unusual.. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. Koneprusia dahmani is an unusual looking species with three rows of long spines run down its back. The preparation is German with all original colors and no restoration. A very rare, Otodus aksuaticus tooth from the copper-red site of No. Carolina. The crown has coarse serrations over the lower 2/3 of crown that disappear in the top 1/3 of crown. The side cusps are typical of the Otodus obliquus. Complete root. Early Eocene - Ypresian age. A very rare collector's tooth. Very few Otodus aksuaticus teeth found at this site!

An EXTRA LARGE, ultra rare Top Quality Hexanchus griseus tooth - a Sixgill Cow shark, from the Randle's Cliff, Maryland. A June Fossil of the Month. A rare lower jaw symphyseal tooth with 11 primary cusps - male species. This tooth has an excellent brown color with a brown root. Great color and preservation. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. Seven main cusps (two have some damage). Incredible color and preservation. An EXTRA LARGE, RARE Spinosaurus aegyptiacus hand (manus) claw from the Kem Kem region of Morocco. An very good manus claw with good color and patina. Note - This claw had some breaks along the bottom of the claw and at the back end of the claw. So there is some repair and restoration to reassemble the claw.  A good quality, collector's claw. Authenticity guaranteed.  Note - a Riker frame will be included. I do not see quality Spinosaurus claws very often and this is a big one. Spinosaurus claws of this size are quite rare!

A Top Quality JET BLACK colored Megalodon - upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth. An exceptional true black crown - not a charcoal gray color. Highest quality enamel - the surface is like glass! The bourlette is incomplete. The large serrations are razor sharp and the tip slightly worn. The serrations are essentially complete - rare for a big Meg!
