A Very Rare, Top Quality Paraorthacodus rossi tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. This is a newly named species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species believed to be Palaeospinacidae shark. The crown and root are mostly complete with slight damage to the central cusp and one side cusp. High quality enamel. No repair. A LARGE Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis premaxillary (front) tooth from the Morrison Fm. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-1/2". The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. A rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens hoof core (toe or pes ungual) from the late Cretaceous of North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is a toe hoof core from a massive Edmontosaurus. It is from the center toe - toe III. The largest one that I have seen! The Edmontosaurus was bipedal and had much larger feet relative to hands. Bone quality is excellent. No repair or restoration.
