A LARGE, well preserved horse tooth (Equus sp. ) from Ruskin, Florida.  The horse arrived in North America during the late Pliocene and became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene. Lower jaw tooth. This is a set of three GORGEOUS, large Galeorhinus teeth from the Soupfin shark. An extremely difficult shark to find. Typical group of 3 teeth shown - all in excellent condition. All sets contain essentially perfect teeth.

A very rare Glyphis glyphis tooth, the Speartooth shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D177 is an excellent upper jaw anterior tooth. Note - "spear-like" crown development. My best upper jaw tooth! Authenticity guaranteed.
