A Top Quality Lepidodendron section from Llewellen, Pennsylvania. The Lepidodendron is extinct genus of tree-sized primitive lycopsid plants that evolved during the Pennsylvanian Period. They are large vascular plants which is related to todays club mosses. This specimen is well preserved with dimple-like depressions covering the outer surface. Pennsylvanian age. (300 mya). An EXTRA LARGE Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. A rare, Top Quality Cetorhinus parvus gill raker, an extinct Basking shark, from the Mainz Basin, Germany. Gill rakers were used to filter plankton by these masive sharks. An early Oligocene age tooth (Rupelian - 32 MYA). An excellent gill raker for the rare tooth collector! No repair or restoration. Near perfect gill raker. Authenticity guaranteed. Colorful Jurassic "gem" dinosaur bone from the Morrison Fm., Moffat Co., Colorado. Silica (agate) replaced sauropod dinosaur limb or vertebra bone. The bone pore structure is well perserved and gives the bone a wonderful natural "textured" look with different colorization. A rare, LARGE rooted Top Quality Prognathodon anceps tooth with a jaw section from the phosphate mining region, Khouribga, Morocco. P. anceps is the largest mosasaur species known with huge with wide teeth used for crushing prey.  Exceptional condition and preservation.
