An incredible TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from So. Carolina. Another February Fossil of the Month (FOTM).  A fantastic charcoal gray colored crown. Highest quality enamel. The bourlette is black and 70% complete. The serrations are razor sharp with a good tip serration. Exceptional serrations for a big Meg. A very rare, early Otodus mugodzharicus upper jaw, lateral tooth from Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to C. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A November Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. Tooth exhibits "wavy serrated" edges similar to the Isurus escheri tooth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. This western Kazakhstan site is one of the few places in the world where the Otodus to Auriculatus transition can be found in adjacent layers. Note - This is my last offering of Aktluagay teeth.

An ultra rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni (False Mako) shark tooth from the Australian Portland Cement Ltd quarry, Batesford, Victoria, Australia. A May Fossil of the Month. Incredible color and preservation. Complete tooth. This tooth is Middle Miocene (Batesfordian) from the Batesford Limestone Fm. Note - tghe end of the tip was professionally restored. It is difficult to tell.  A rare collector's Parotodus benedeni  tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Australian fossil shark teeth are nearly impossible to source. This is a great specimen from an old collection.

A rare associated set of 15 Ptychodus mortoni teeth - upper jaw from gove Co., Kansas. Nicely articulated crowns. Very good preservation with white mineralization covering most teeth. Set includes: 2 x A1 anteriors, 6 x A2 anteriors, 3 x A3 anteriors, 1 x L1 lateral, 2 x L2 laterals, and 1 x L3 lateral. The primary center tooth was uncovered from the matrix and it is a GEM tooth measuring 1" in width and height. It is valued at $100 by itself.
