An ultra rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Ica region of Peru. A July Fossil of the Month. Highest quality enamel. An excellent tan colored crown with clean edges. Excellent color. A well preserved extince Giant Capybara molar from Edisto River, So. Carolina.  The Giant Capybara was an oversized rodent that evolved in the Pleistocene and became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene in North America.
