A GEM, 3" Lee Creek Isurus xiphodon tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth. Yes, I said a 3" LC Mako!!! (Ok, let's call it 2-31/32".) This tooth is from an old collection. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine. One of the largest LC Makos that I have seen! An incredible extra large LC Mako - talk about rare! The BEST of the BEST!

Exceptional color! The root is an excellent tan color and complete. This Mako was found in the Yorktown Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Pliocene age = 5 MYA). This tooth is from an old collection. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine. One of the largest LC Makos that I have seen! An incredible extra large LC Mako - talk about rare! The BEST of the BEST!
