A beautifully prepared, large Asaphus kornutus trilobite. A very nice three lobe design. Interesting raised eyes to see in soft sediment. A scarce species! Note - There is an interesting ~1" shell also fully exposed. An Ordovician (470 mya) trilobite from the Saint Petersburg region, Russia. Exceptional quality and preservation!
