A LARGE, Top Quality, rare Quadrops flexuosa spiny trilobite from Oufaten, Morocco. A May Fossil of the Month. It is beautifully prepared to fully exposed the long & free standing spines and appendages. Exceptional compound eye detail. The Devonian trilobites from Atlas mountain deposits are world renowned for their incredible preservation and beauty. A Lower Devonian trilobite - Emsian stage - 400 MYA. Very little restoration required - prep touch up only. A rare species. An incredible museum quality specimen. Definitely one of my favorite species!
