A Top Quality, Extra Large Allosaurus fragilis tooth - a premaxillary (front) tooth. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-3/4" and is very thick for its size (3/4" x 13/16"). The enamel is highest quality. Great brown color. Exceptional large serrations that are complete all the way to the tip on both sides - very rare. Small tip  repair by George Heslep. A 100% natural tooth! Fantastic overall condition with incredible serrations. An exceptional quality tooth! Allosuarus was the apex during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Hanksville, Utah.
