An ultra rare, High Quality Red Site Otodus (Carcharocles) megalodon tooth from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an lower jaw anterior tooth from the Meherrin River copper-red site. NC005 has an excellent copper red color. The enamel is the high quality. The serrations are large including a slightly damaged tip serration. Bourlette is dark brown and mostly complete. The root is complete. A Miocene Chubutensis tooth. No repair or restoration.
