A nicely preserved Mammoth  / early elephant molar found offshore of Venice Beach, Florida. A December Fossil of the Month. Mammoths were present in Florida during the Middle and Late Pleistocene (781,000–50,000 years ago). A large molar with a nicely articulated chewing surface. Nearly complete root. Completely fossilized. Weighs 4.5+ lbs. No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. An excellent  and economical display piece.     Note: international shipping cost will be calculated.
