Overview

An ultra rare MONSTER, 3-3/16" Great White shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm., Chile. A March Fossil of the Month. This tooth is huge and extra wide (2-1/8"). It has a rich tan colored crown and a goden tan root. Fantantic color! Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks or peeling. Serrations are exceptional - very large with a big tip serration. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. Note -  the root appears to have two cracks and was most likely reattached without fill or restoration.  A HUGE Chilean Great White collector's tooth and display. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site. Note there are very few Chilean GW teeth over 3-1/8"!  Check out my new Blog - The Best of Chile - Shark Teeth   https://www.buriedtreasurefossils.com/blog/post/the-best-of-chile-fossil-shark-teeth/

This catalog contains exceptional teeth from the Great White shark, Carcharodon carcharias. These teeth are noted for their wide triangular crowns which are heavily serrated. These teeth are fairly rare and very showy, making them an excellent addition to your Great White shark tooth collection. Please note that these C. carcharias teeth are exceptionally preserved with great color. All teeth are museum to near museum quality teeth. No restoration or repair!

This is one of the best groups of Chilean Great White teeth that you will ever see with an excellent color selection. These teeth are from 15 year old stashed inventory from the good old days. There are not too many left. The top quality teeth are impossible to locate! I am still selling these at a fraction of the cost of an equivalent modern Great White shark tooth!

Note - all teeth sizes are slant height unless otherwise noted.
