Allosaurus fragilis
A High Quality, Allosaurus fragilis premaxillary (front) tooth. This Allosaurus crown measures 5/8". The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. Very good serrations. Good overall condition and serrations. Some crown damage and a natural wear facet on tip. No repair or restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Dana Quarry, Ten Sleep, Wyoming.
