Buried Treasure Fossils offers Allosaurus fragilis teeth for sale. Allosaurus fragilis or "different lizard" was the infamous apex predator of the late Jurassic period. This monster reached lengths of approximately 30 feet and reached weights approaching 3500 pounds. Their teeth were serrated and were used to dine on Stegosaurus, Diplodicus, etc. A must have item for dinosaur collectors. Fossil remains in teeth, bones, and claws. All of which are very rare and extremely difficult to locate. These top quality specimens were all legally collected from private lands in the northwestern US. Late Cretaceous, Morrison Fm., 155-145 MYA. Authenticity guaranteed.

    A Top Quality juvenile, Torvosaurus tanneri tooth. This Torvosaurus crown measures 11/16". The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Fair posterior serrations and anterior serrations are worn. Note - the anterior carina end about 1/3 of the way down from the tip. Good overall condition and serrations. No repair or restoration. Torvosaurus was a large predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators.     An Ultra Rare, rooted Top Quality Allosaurus fragilis tooth measuring 3-3/8". This Allosaurus crown measures 1-1/2" and is wide for its size (5/8"). The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. Very good serrations on both sides all the way to the wear facet. Very good serrations for a large tooth. Two cracks was stabilizied. A little repair was done on the narrowest section of the root. Excellent overall condition with very good serrations. An excellent quality tooth! The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. Excellent serrations on both sides all the way to the tip. Exceptional serrations for a large tooth. Root cracks were stabilized.
