The April 2015 "Fossil Shark Tooth of the Month" selection is a GEM, 4-3/8" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth. It has an excellent light blue colored crown with an exceptional, extra large hazel brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional color! The bourlette is incredible and near perfect. The serrations are very large and razor sharp and essentially complete with a "needle like" tip. This tooth is from an old collection. One of the finer examples of a blue classic upper jaw anterior Lee Creek Megalodon considering the shape, color, and preservation. An excellent collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine!
