A Top Quality, Rare Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis spike from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A complete node with good articulation. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes. These spikes and nodes were part of the Pachy skull. A rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens hand claw (manus ungual) from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. They were mainly bipedal, but could walk on all four legs in search of food. As noted by the front leg size difference, Edmontosaurus could put little weight on them. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. A Top Quality Megalodon tooth from Georgia - an upper jaw anterior tooth. The crown has excellent unique two-tone tan color. The enamel is the Highest Quality with small hydration cracks. A RARE, Top Quality Dakotaraptor steini (raptor) tooth. A near or small adult specimen. Dakotaraptor steini is one of two recently described Hell Creek Fm. raptors. An August Fossil of the Month. This tooth is 9/16" which is a good sized. The enamel is excellent with a great dark brown color with some root etching. A LARGE Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper anterior jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth exhibits the classic characteristic shape of the middle Miocene Mako teeth found both in the Lee Creek mine and the NC red site. I do not see this Mako tooth shape from other Miocene deposits. Possibly a hastalis species variation and it is referred to as the "narrow form". Maximum size is approximately 2". This tooth has a rich  blue & tan crown and a light brown colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root.
