An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Sacaco area of Peru. This is lower jaw tooth. Superb preservation and color. Seven very large and sharp primary cusps. The root has been repaired with a patch on each end. Holmsella sp.; an  Extinct Primitive shark

A very rare shark skin specimen. This matrix piece is covered with dermal denticals. Shark skin impressions with denticals are extremely rare and a Paleozoic age find adds to the rarity. An exceptional collector's piece from an old collection!
