Leptostyrax macrorhiza - Lamnid shark  (rare)

This catalog contains gorgeous teeth from a rare Lamnid shark - Leptostyrax macrorhiza. These teeth were collected from the Paw Paw Formation of the Washita Group, Motorola Site, Tarrant Co. (Albian - late Cretaceous - 112 million years ago) and several other locations.  All teeth are complete and well preserved.

These rare rostral teeth were collected from the Paw Paw Formation of the Washita Group, Tarrant Co. (Albian - late Cretaceous - 112 million years ago).  All teeth are complete and well preserved.
