Sumatra - Carcharocles megalodon

This catalog contains very nice teeth from the highly sought after fossil shark - the Extinct Giant Great White, C. megalodon. These teeth are noted for their wide triangular crown which are fully serrated. Note that these C. megalodon exhibit very slight side cusp development just above the root line - much like the early to mid-Miocene C. subauriculatus. These teeth come from the Telisa Formation which is middle Miocene - approx. 15 million years ago. middle Miocene

This is your opportunity to own a C. megalodon from an exotic Southeast Asia location. Obviously these C. megalodon teeth represent a site rarity and are in short supply. NO restoration or repair in this group.

Note - all teeth sizes are slant height unless otherwise noted. Click on photos to enlarge.  Sorry sold out.
